An Introduction to…

CANOPY WALKS take place in different woodland locations and are always led by an expert in natural habitats. What makes these walks unusual is that they weave (surprize) live acoustic music, poetry, dance and visual art through the trees…

Every walk is unique as it is shaped by ecology as well as the people who take part. Our walks are designed to be fun and to encourage inspiration, connection and a lasting love of woodlands.

Each CANOPY walk lasts about 90 mins (with stops). They run from spring to early autumn and are organised by a friendly and experienced team. Sometimes there are snacks and also, our ‘tiny shop’ which sells small nature-related work by local artists.

CANOPY walks will suit anyone age 12+ who can navigate slightly uneven natural terrain (and a variety of weathers!)
